Since the game has not been officially released, I can only showcase a limited portion of the interface design.

More about Netease Thunder Fire and my role as a uX designer:

Before joining NetEase Thunder Fire, I had no prior experience in game UX design. During my 6-month internship, I progressively built my expertise—starting with interface asset assembly in Unity to develop a foundational understanding of game UI structures and workflows, then advancing to user research, competitive analysis, persona development, and finally, contributing to high-fidelity interface designs and interaction logic while driving cross-functional implementation efforts.

My core responsibilities encompassed end-to-end UX design processes, from early conceptualization to final execution. Specifically, I was responsible for the early-version design of key interfaces, including the character creation screen, leaderboard, loading screens, and results screen. I also defined and refined interaction patterns, designing button states across Normal, Hover, Pressed, and Disabled states, as well as establishing gamepad interaction logic to ensure a seamless cross-platform experience.

As UX in game development is inherently interdisciplinary, I worked closely with fellow UX designers to refine experience flows and establish design consistency. I also facilitated the handoff process with UI designers, ensuring the delivery of pixel-perfect assets such as UI components, icons, and background images. In parallel, I collaborated with engineers to translate interaction models into functional game mechanics, conducting usability testing and iterative refinements based on implementation outcomes. This iterative approach ensured that the final in-game interactions were both intuitive and responsive, aligning with player expectations and industry best practices.
